Whether you’re looking to camp for the first time or looking to rent equipment

How to book.

  • Select the single pieces of kit you require or choose some of our pre-assembled packages.

  • Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll be sent pick-up information.

    Please note that all pick-ups must be from our Margaree Location.

    If you plan to pick up gear after our shop closes (7 pm), the items will be left in a locker and you’ll be sent instructions on how to proceed.

  • The gear can be dropped off at either our Margaree location OR our Ingonish Beach location.

    Any damages or loss of equipment will be charged to the card on file.

We currently have two 3-season tent rental options to choose from: MEC and North Face Stormbreak 2.

Sleeping bag rental, Cape Breton

Sleeping bag

Mec -7 Sleeping Bags are our go-to rental item. Comes with sheet liner and bag.

Sleeping pad, Thermarest, Nova Scotia

Sleeping pads

Therm-a-rest Z-Lite or similar. Lightweight closed cell foam sleeping pad.

Barrel Pack

Perfect for canoe trips. We have two options: 40L or 60L packs.

Cookware Kit

Standard MSR cookware kit meant more for backcountry trips but can be used for any adventure.
